Granny's Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream

Just Imagine what you can make with my 4 delicious flavours… • Chocolate Vanilla - Ice Cream • Chocolate Strawberry - Ice Cream • Chocolate Peppermint - Ice Cream • Chocolate Orange - Ice Cream

What you need: • 1 pottle of Fudge Icing Mix (any flavour) • 300ml cream • 2 eggs – separated

Easy Method: In bowl whip egg whites until they reach stiff peaks In separate bowl whip the cream until soft peaks Make up the Fudge Icing Mix as per instructions and cool but do not set. Mix the 2 egg yolks into chocolate mixture thoroughly (yolks can be left out if desired) Fold whipped egg whites and whipped cream into chocolate mixture and pour into a 2 litre plastic ice cream container. Freeze for 1 hour then remove from freezer and beat for 2 mins. Return to the freezer and repeat ½ hourly until it reaches the right consistency.

Before the final freeze if you like you can add chocolate drops, mini marshmallows or bits of fruit etc.
