Makes 10-12 portions
Ingredients:
- 1 pottle Granny Delicious
- 50 gr of melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of water
- writing icing
Make the fudge icing following the instructions on the pottle. Let it set for about 5-10 minutes. Make sure that it's not too firm, otherwise you can't spread it easily.
Spread the fudge icing on baking paper in a square and make sure that the square is about 3-4 mm thick.

Half packet crushed Superwine biscuits (or similar)
50 g butter
2 tablespoons boiling water
Filling:
Granny Delicious Creamy White Chocolate Mousse Mix
50g butter
2 tablespoons boiling water
125g cream cheese
300ml whipped cream

Base:
1. In a bowl, make up the pottle of White Chocolate Fudge Icing Mix as per pack instructions.
2. Add crushed biscuits, mix well then divide

Quick and Easy Banana Cake
For a simply divine Banana Cake just add 1 mashed ripe banana to a packet of Granny Delicious White Chocolate Cake Mix. Use the quick recipe #2 inside the pack for best results and add 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda.

My Famous Hot Chocolate Blancmange Yum :)
1) Take 1 pottle of Fudge Icing Mix (any flavour),
2) Put the contents into a medium sized saucepan.
3) Add 2.5 cups of milk, 2 Tablespoons of cornflour and 50g butter.
4) Bring to the boil on a medium heat using a wire whisk to stir.
5) Once it thickens it's done. Serve with Ice cream for a totally DELICIOUS treat. ... Not too sweet... just PERFECT

Granny's Famous Chocolate Fudge Slice. Deliciously easy. *Gluten free option also!
2 pottles Fudge Icing Mix
½ packet Plain biscuits (can be gluten free)
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup sultanas
Make up 1 Fudge Icing Mix as per the instructions on the pottle
Mix all ingredients above into the Fudge Icing mixture.
Press into a square 20cm tin. Make up the second Icing and spread on top.
Dust with coconut and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut into squares and serve.
You can use any kind on dried fruits or nuts for this delici
