Chocolate Orange Macaroon Slice

Makes: 18-24 Prep Time: 10 minutes Baking time: 15 minutes Ingredients: Slice: Granny Delicious Fudge Icing Mix (Chocolate Orange) 1 egg 1 C Self Raising Flour 1 C desiccated coconut 125g melted butter Icing: Granny Delicious Fudge Icing Mix (Chocolate Orange) 50g melted butter 2 Tbsp boiling water Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180°C 2. In a medium bowl add 1x Fudge Icing Mix, 1x Orange extract sachet, flour and coconut 3. Mix in 1 egg and 125g melted butter. Stir to combine 4. Press evenly in a 20cm square pan and bake for 15 mins 5. When cool, ice with Chocolate Orange Fudge Icing Mix made according to pack instructions 6. Sprinkle with a little coconut before icing sets, cut and serve in small squares Tip: Cool completely before slicing – this is a perfect school holiday baking adventure for the kids
