Super Quick Summer Dessert! White Chocolate & Strawberry Mousse Cheesecake Jars

Granny Delicious White Chocolate Fudge Icing Mix
Half packet crushed Superwine biscuits (or similar)
50 g butter
2 tablespoons boiling water

Granny Delicious Creamy White Chocolate Mousse Mix
50g butter
2 tablespoons boiling water
125g cream cheese
300ml whipped cream


1. In a bowl, make up the pottle of White Chocolate Fudge Icing Mix as per pack instructions.
2. Add crushed biscuits, mix well then divide and press into individual serving jars and pop in the fridge for 10 mins to set.

3. In the bowl make up the White Chocolate Mousse Mix as per pack instructions.
4. Soften the cream cheese by microwaving for 25 seconds, or place container over boiling water until soft. Stir into the mousse mixture then gently fold the whipped cream in.
5. Spoon over the prepared biscuit base then top with sliced strawberries and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
Serves 8.
