Strawberry Chocolate Lamingtons

Ingredients:

Granny Delicious Fudge Icing Mix (Chocolate Strawberry)

50g melted butter3

½ Tbsp Boiling water

Strawberry Jam (sieved)

Cream Whipped

Desiccated coconut to coat

Pre-Made sponge cake

Method:1. Cut a pre-made sponge cake into squares2. Add melted butter to the Fudge Icing Mix along with the strawberry extract. Stir to combine.3. Add boiling water, 1 Tbsp at a time stirring well after each addition4. Dip the squares of sponge in the chocolate sauce 5. Roll squares in coconut and set in the fridge for about 10 minutes6. When set, cut each square in half and spread jam on one side and whipped cream on the other
