Chewy White Chocolate Cookies


1x Granny’s Famous White Chocolate Cake Mix 1 egg 50g melted butter 1 tablespoon Maple or Golden syrup That’s it!

Easy to make: Put cake mix contents in a bowl, melt the butter with the syrup and add to the bowl along with one egg. Mix in well then put balls of mixture onto a greased tray. Bake at 180° for 12 – 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Cookies are chewy when cold.

So quick to make and so DELICIOUS to eat!
