What you need for the Butter Cream Filling:
1 pottle of Granny Delicious White Chocolate Icing Mix
2 tablespoons of milk
What you do:
In a bowl cream the butter and the White Chocolate Icing Mix.
Add the milk and the contents of the Pure Fruit Extract sachet.
Beat or whisk until smooth, then spread between the layers of your cake. Note: This can also be used on top of a cake where a softer icing is desired
