Quick and Easy Halloween Treats

Quick and Easy Halloween treat for everyone to enjoy! Makes 15 – 20 Prep Time: 10 minutes Fridge time: 10 - 15 minutes Ingredients: Granny Delicious Fudge Icing Mix (any flavour) 50g melted butter 2 Tbsp boiling water ½ a packet Superwine biscuits *Chocolate hail, desiccated coconut and hundreds n thousands to coat. M&M’s for the eyes Method: 1. Empty fudge mix and extract sachet into medium sized bowl, add melted butter and mix thoroughly, add water 1 tbsp at a time and mix until blended 2. Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush biscuits with a rolling pin until you have crumbs. (No rolling pin? an empty wine bottle works just as well!) 3. Add the crushed biscuits to the Icing mix and leave for a minute to set slightly (makes rolling the balls easier). 4. Roll mixture into bite-sized balls, roll in coating* then press on the eyes. Set in the fridge for 10 minutes or until set. These can be made ahead and stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (if they last that long!)
