Homemade Muesli Bars

Perfect for School Lunches ;)
RECIPE...
Prep time 10 min
Set time 30 min

Ingredients:
- 1 pottle of Granny Delicious
- 50g honey
- 70g butter
- 1 cup mixed toasted nuts, roughly chopped
- 1 cup mixed toasted seeds
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon of water

Combine the nuts, seeds and coconut in a large bowl. 
In a pot or a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and honey; then add in the Granny Delicious icing mix, extract and water and stir well. Pour this into the nuts mixture and stir through. Spread into a greased 30cm x 20cm slice tin and set in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes.

Try adding dried cranberries or apricots for some extra flavour!
