Granny's Famous Smores

SMORES SMORES and more SMORES (...say that fast!) CHOCOLATE FUDGE MARSHMALLOW SMORES

They are QUICK, CHEWY and TASTE simply INCREDIBLE!

YOU NEED: 1 pottle Fudge Icing Mix 1 Packet Marshmallows large size 1 Packet Superwine biscuits (or similar)

RECIPE: 1) Make the fudge Icing Mix to the instructions on the pottle 2) Spread on greaseproof paper and refrigerate until firm 3) When the fudge is set cut into circles and place on top of a plain biscuit 4) On top of the fudge circle place 1 pink or white Marshmallow and microwave for just 3 - 5 seconds, until the Marshmallow Puffs up across the fudge circle. Remove from the microwave. 5) As pictured, for open biscuits … Sprinkle with coconut 6) To make Smores… Place another biscuit on top while the Marshmallow is still warm.
