KIDS and BIG KIDS just LOVE these EASY NO-BAKE treats
CHOCOLATE COCOA POP TRUFFLES (so do I ;) )

Super Quick Prep Time: 10 minutes
Fridge Set Time: 10 - 15 minutes
Granny Delicious Fudge Icing Mix (any flavour)
60g melted butter
2 Tbsp boiling water
½ a packet Superwine biscuits
½ cup Cocoa Pops
½ cup desiccated coconut to coat
1. Empty fudge mix and extract sachet into medium sized bowl, add melted butter and mix thoroughly, add water 1 tbsp at a time and mix until blended
2. Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush biscuits with a rolling pin until you have crumbs, or pulse in a blender.
3. Add the crushed biscuits and the Cocoa Pops to the Icing mix and stir in well.
4. Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and then roll in coconut. Set in the fridge for 10 minutes or until set.
These can be made ahead of time and stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks; or freeze for a month in an airtight bag or container then thaw for a few hours in the fridge.
