or freeze for a month of school lunches! Recipe below ...

1 pottle Fudge Icing Mix (any flavour)
½ Cup Desiccated Coconut
1 ½ cups Self Raising Flour
125g butter
1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
¼ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 pottle Fudge Icing Mix (any flavour)

Preheat oven to 180°
In a medium sized bowl empty contents of the Fudge Icing Mix, extract, coconut and flour. In a small saucepan bring just to start of boil 125g butter and 1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup, remove from heat.
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in ¼ cup of milk, add to the butter mixture and stir well to froth. Mix froth into the dry ingredients and mix through.
Place 4cm sized balls of mixture into muffin tins and bake at 180° for 12 – 15 mins. Leave to cool
