Making Lolly Cake is a Kiwi tradition that started back in the 1940's, and quickly became a New Zealand favourite. Everybody loves the colourful slices of this delicious no-bake log. So I've created a Lolly Cake Kit that is perfect for its simplicity and the wonderful treats that it produces, as good as "Granny used to make". I know you will enjoy this as much as my family does.
